Right, fake suppressors are are legal because they don't do anything.

Real suppressors are what we are talking about, and you WILL get busted if its found and you do not have the proper paperwork stating that you can have it.

the problem with a slilencer is not that your using it on a paintball marker, but that it could be used on a real gun too easily.

i made one out of plastic,paper towels and velcrow... same principals couldnt apply for a real gun and it reduced the shot about half the noise

rap a sandana around your barrel and then put a pod with the bottom cut out. it works

Thats funny because the same set of laws that dont allow us to freely manufacture and own silencers on firearms is the same laws that prevent civilians to own rifles and carbines with barrels shorter than 16".

To legally own a carbine/rifle with a barrel shorter than 16" is to register it as an "sbr" or Short Barreled Rifle, submit to a background check, make application, and pay a 200. dollar tax.

These requirements are identical to legally aquiring a silencer.

YET THE BATF LETS US HAVE PAINTBALL BARRELS LESSER THAN 16". Bunch of Bull**** is what it is.

Any idiot with ill will can make a sound suppressor with a 2 litre bottle. Let the kids playing paintball in the woods make silencers for christs sake. Nobodys out to kill each other.
