KSU Place = Ghetto of KSU housing. I know a few people who live(d) there.

One guy has 6 people in his place, sharing 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

KSU Place was pretty chill whenever I went over there. Seemed like a bunch of athletes who wanted to party and the RA's didn't really mind...Just the actual buildings are somewhat rundown.
