UW Huskies Jersey - Give Us Feedback
We've been working with Animal Paintball to get custom jerseys designed for the UW Huskies paintball team. Its gone through a couple drafts, but this is the latest version, its pretty close to done I think.
The Names and Numbers on the back of the jersey are the same font as the "W" logo. They will not be black. They will be purple with a white boarder on the actual jerseys, just like the "W" logo.
There were a lot of rules set by the University of Washington and the National Collegiate Paintball Association that limited what we could do with the jersey.
-NCPA Jersey Guidelines: http://www.college-paintball.com/jerseyreqs.html
-UW Logo Guidelines: http://depts.washington.edu/uwlogos/...StyleGuide.pdf
Let us know what you think!

Should put wolf logo where W is and the w below the number.
Edit: If you're allowed to.
Just curious, what do they charge you for jersey design?

The wolf for the camo pattern is pretty cool. Not a big fan of the "U-Dub" on the sides though.

We had to get special permission to use a pattern as the background for the main central logo, and they would only allow us to use the "W" logo if we used a pattern. We used the Fierce Husky logo (wolf) as the pattern in the center section. And somebody pointed out to us that UW only uses the "W" logo on athletic jerseys.
can't remember what the design fee was, i'll have to look it up. its probably different for us though, college teams get discounts.

lol, I think it would be hard to change the purple with it being an offical color.
Thanks for all of the comments so far. Here are a couple of earlier designs so you can all get an idea of how it's evolved. There was a little misunderstanding about logo placement (as you can see in the bottom pic), but Animal has been great to work with. They came up with the initial design and from there we give them suggestions and they make the changes.

Our team is kinda 50/50 on having "U-DUB" on the sides of the jersey. I would want the "U-DUB" font to be a lot smaller than it is on the first pic I posted.
As of right now, WSU does not have a club or team. I have heard that there are guys over there trying to get one started though. I think they were gonna try and get the paperwork filed this Fall.
If people are interested in purchasing UW jerseys, send me a PM, I think we could work something out.

go cougs!
EDIT:
When I was there there weren't many tourney ballers, and when I mentioned it most people didn't really support the idea. I know other people who went to WSU before I did and they said the same thing, there just isn't enough demand for it.

Well, with me being a Coug through and through and a new student in the fall of 2007 at WSU....IM not gonna lie, Im loving the jersey design quite a bit (Im so ashamed......please dont tell my parents ). Personally, I suggest you keep the U- Dub dont let it die....its unique and its sweet. And about the paintball thing at WSU... I would do it but with school, cost of play, and transportation to worry about..I would say no just because of those 3 reasons. But yeah, I would love to join the paintball club if one got started.

I might be the only one going crazy about this but I needed to say it. It is not a freaking wolf, iti s not the UW Wolves it is a Husky. Not flaming,or not intending to anyway.
Jerseys look great man, Ultimately get something your pretty happy with get them printed and youll love em. Then if there are changes, work on it for next season. All the drafts you have shown look good though.
