Barrel Tips??

I have a freak kit and i was wondering if i could change the barrel tip, for example have my freak back with a UL tip, or a stiffi tip or something like that?

No. But you could try it anyways, just to see if I'm wrong.

Um... this is a tough question to answer... In most cases no.

But honestly if you have a freak kit you all ready have (IMO) the best barrel you can get. Of coarse the are 3 fronts you can use.. the Freak Front, the All-American Front and the Freak Jr Front and they come in different lengths as well.

As far as I know there aren't any other companies that make barrel fronts for the freak back. I'm pretty sure the Freak kit has it's own thread size and the distance in the connecting pieces for a nice smooth fit.

My suggestion would be head up to your local shop and check it out first hand. But I'm pretty sure the answer is no...

you cant put a UL tip on a freak back. And to answer your question, maybe putting a stiffi on the freak would help the issues that freaks have with breaks. Go for it if you have the cash.

btw, you can put a stiffi front on your freak.

Maybe find somebody at your local field that has a stiffi? Stiffis are pretty common. And I also think that stiffi backs are much shorter than the freak's, so then your barrel would be unnecessarilu long, and you would notice a drop in efficiency.

I think I've had 1 barrel break with my freak in over the year I've had it.... including playing in the rain, snow, heat and cold. And I'm pretty sure it was the paint... since my entire team had a problem that weekend. All the guns and barrels had breaks.
