No, the MacDev Gladiator is an inline regulator, that is supposed to be extremely high flow. It is for LP operation. It can run from 0-500 psi.

You can tap a gauge port somewhere in your setup. If you're shooting a cocker the guage port can be tapped in the front block, ASA, or side of valve chamber. The newer front blocks will have a 1/8 NPT port at the bottom. You can work in a 90 degree elbow and a guage to check the output of your inline reg.

New gladiators (inline reg) are $75 USD.
New conquests (4500 psi tank) are $370 USD.

From what I know MacDev fixes the prices for their dealers so they don't out compete each other.
