Yeah, I think you're right, Dan. However, Indiana does need more pball events and this is a good start.

IPPS the players thoughts

we (IPPS) feel that we should listen to what the players want to see in our series.

Please understand that this is NOT a final discision.

the Question is: Would you like to see sideline (as in snake side) talking. basicaly the same as psp 5-man (but no ramp) you would be able to yell from the side lines to players and they could talk back ( example: letting the snake player know that someones coming to get him, stuff like that) . Whats your take?

preferably Id like to see a PSP style league in Indiana. We already have 1 leave that is NPPL style minus 2 players. Why not have one that allows sideline coaching?

We have decided that there will be sideline coaching allowed. This means that from behind the net, on the snake side, spectators will be able to talk to players. This is similar to PSP 5-man, if you've ever been, snake side is filled with spectators yelling all the time.

This will not be an xball style tournament. It will be 5 man. We have talked about the possibility of allowing ramp.....and it might happen later on down the road, but not for the july 22, 2007 tournament.

The ipps website has a link at paintballheat.com --------just click the IPPS logo

Xball. serioulsy everyone wants it you would make alot more money than just doing a 5 man which we already have in CTS. I know it would be a lil bit of a hassle to take air to the fields and you would prob. have to get another Xball field but it would be really worth it and you could use the psp set up for the upcoming psp. So you wouldnt have to make field layouts. and this would give us really good practice for psp.

I say a shorter Xball not 15 min. because we dont have enough money for all that paint but 7-10Xball would be awsome and I believe you would get more teams there.

Maybe you should make a poll w/ all of your ideas and let the players choose what they want.

As everyone has said we we already have cts as of now most teams in indiana are playing cts the ipps and cts are very alike im sure most people would take cst over ipps well atlest i would because my team has already played four cts events why ruin chances of winning cts by going to play ipps? i think that the 7-10 minutes matches would be a great idea you would attract so many more teams and make so much more money i know that if you did the xball style i would try to get my team to go out and play the xball idea would put alot more variation(sp) in indiana paintball and would pobably attract teams from surrounding states
