No offense or anything, but I know walmart is the place to be to a lot of ppl, but i think straight up cash would be a lot better idea, bc half the time i never spend giftcards or just forget i have them...

Well, honestly...for 215 for Novice entry at CTS, I can win much more then you can in this new series for 225? I can understand that it's brand new, but they need to lower the cost or at least come close to matching the prizes at CTS if they wanna compete...

The prize packages aren't that great, plus Heat is notorious for 'home field advantage'.

sweet! Who is putting on the series? Also, I take that it is 5man format (it doesn't really say), gauging from the prizes listed. Oh, and where can I find a listing of the rules? Will it be ramping or semi-auto, and may I bring my own paint? (because I have a stockpile that needs depleted) Also, since it is a series, how ofter will there be an event? I wonder if Mal-Wart will take the gift card back for cash? Also, how will we rank rookie and novice players, seeing as how it is a new series? Who will ref the events, and finally : I didn't know proball was even still around....old school.

THANKS!!!!

Looks like the 5 man version of a 3 man series. And I bet those prizes are for who wins the overall series, not for each event.

Shouldn't this "series" be in the Midwest forum?

ok everyone....Lots of questions to answer

This tournament will be hosted by Paintball Heat and run by Michael Ramey and Nicholas Postoloff.

Prizes....THOSE ARE PRIZES FOR THIS ONE EVENT

Entry.....THIS IS THE ENTRY FOR THIS ONE EVENT

Rules will be posted shortly, they will be modified PSP rules, much like CTS rules

No ramping, no cap

5 man series

There will be at least 3 events
July 22
August 19
September 23

REFFING----There will be no home field advantage....Paintball Heat's house teams are reffing this tournament...and will not be allowed to play in it.

FIELD PAINT ONLY
Prices.... The difference is paint is only 45/55 a case you are saving money, most tournaments are 55/65

And if you think the prizes aren't fair...notice there is no "must have a certain number of teams to get this prize"..... The prizes will be given away if only one team shows up...THERE IS NO MINIMUM FOR PRIZE PAYOUT!!!!!!

Registration will open soon, to preregister email mjr923@yahoo.com with your team name.

IF I missed anything just let me know

Michael Ramey

It will be played outdoor, and one field will be that X-ball field

There is a good chance that we will host the same series as a winter league on the indoor field.

The Winter series would be awsome so we dont have to freeze. And when u say psp modified will if be Xball rules(I know alot of people are looking for an Xball series other than PSP. Maybe not 15 min. but like 7-10min. Xball would be really fun)
