GOOD NEWS!

I just spoke with the Sgt. and this is how we both agreed people should go about getting their stuff back.

I will provide the people that gave me their contact information the Holderness PD phone number and his extension. You will leave a message for the Sgt. and he will get in touch with you. You will need to give him detailed information of what Robin owes you. If you are owed money, you need to show proof that he owes you money.

The PD will ship your stuff to you once you have proven that its yours. Once you have received the items, you need to call them and verify that you have received the package. You will also need to mail them back a check to pay for the shipping charges.

He said my stuff will be mailed out tomorrow or Friday.

Once everyone gets their stuff back, we can forget all about BlackBean!

Also, just for everyone's peace of mind. I asked the Sgt. and from what he can remember, Robin was in an accident but he wasn't sure if Robin was trying to full a fast one on everyone, didn't want to deal with the service anymore, or just realized that it wasn't that important to him anymore.

Just FYI, I sitll haven't received my stuff. I've left the Sgt. several voice mails but he hasn't returned them.

I was able to speak to the PD Admin today and she said she is checking whether the items were mailed out or not. When I last spoke to the Sgt. he said he was going to have the Admin mail the stuff out but she was away on vacation. The Admin said she will check with the Chief and leave my message for the Sgt.

I'm hoping my stuff wasn't mailed out just so I know that its not lost in the mail somewhere.

I was told by the admin that the Sgt. is away on training at the moment too.

My best advice would be to just be patient. The police have your stuff and you will get it back.

Thanks. I'm glad to have it back. I actually never thought I would see it again. To be honest, getting it back wasn't a priority for a while since work keeps me so busy but Spring came around and that always kick starts the paint ball itch for me.

I haven't got anything back. Last time I spoke to that Sgt. he said he didn't see my gun there but he had another box to go thru. Never got a call back though.

Your best bet would be to call during the day and try to catch their admin assistant. One of the things she mentioned is that the Sgt. works 3rd shift and they're a small precinct, so he rarely has to go his office.
