What I don't understand is why he won't reply to e-mail or letters that have been sent to him. What about all of th e-mails sent to his wife? Surely he knew what was going on and could have given a response somehow. It almost seems like he only talks when you catch him, put him on the spot and give him no choice and then he only tells you what you want to hear.

At least people are beginning to get stuff back. Dopefedz, did he say whether or not he was going to refund money in addition to sending people's stuff back?

Ironically, they did have a business relationship. I think I remember Rlong telling me that Bean got most of his halfblock parts from him. Also, just before Turtle Innovations got banned from PBN Bean PM'd me calling me a "bully" for treating Rlong the way I was. He implied that I was only doing it to get Rlong's business. After looking at their posts I noticed that Bean was actually in the same situation as many of you in the beginning. Rlong owed him parts as well. Rlong eventually sent him his parts along with some free stuff. I guess that patched things up between them. I sent a PM reply and explained to him that all of this started long before I started doing conversions. The Rlong situation is what led to me doing conversions. I explained to him what Rlong had been doing to customers. I also told him that him that him taking up for Rlong made me question his character and that associating himself with Rlong wasn't a good idea. I don't think I got a reply. We've been on good terms since then. I really don't think he knew how bad Rlong really was. Rlong is pretty good at playing dumb and playing the victim.

I agree completly, after 2 weeks of being told i would be sent the parts that are missing i've yet to receive anything.
At this point i think everyone should just move onto the legal side of the story.
I will be looking at my options this week and sending out an ultimatum letter by friday. Certified Mail

I'm trying to work on this. I live 4 hours away but work owns me.

If I drive up there, I doubt he would give me everyone's stuff to send back to people. I also don't want to waste my time driving up only to find out he's not home/available.

It really doesn't matter. If the man owes someone equipment that they payed for then he better well give it up. I understand he was injured, but, if I had over 1000 dollars worth of work and parts sent to him, and it's been that long, I'd be on my way to pick them up. Not everyone is close enough to do that, but, you get the picture. It's a matter of principle.

I just spoke with Robin tonight and he said he has everyone's stuff and nothing has been lost. He mentioned that he has 6-7 people that need to contact him.

He does not currently have Internet access but he is setting up an email account for people to contact him with. He will include that email address with my package that he will ship out this week.

He said he's still recovering and still doesn't have full use of his left arm. He said he will get everyone their stuff back.

I'll let you guys know once I receive my package and I'll give you guys his email address.
