awsome customer service.
Just got my legend, i went to change the grips and some how striped one of the screw holes, i emaild them and got a reply perty fast, they are sending me the new legend grips which screw into different holes on the frame.
These guys are great.
And this gun shoot freking sweet.

wait...are the new grips the hybrids that use the lower frame screw by the solenoid or the top one above all that?

There not hybrids. Infinity made their own grips. They screw into the hole above the one on the solenoid.

and infinity's grips are the new ones? if so how do i get mine replaced cause they dont sit flush with the frame...if i send in my ram and bolt pin at the same time with 20 dollars will that cover all three upgrades?

Yes there the new ones. You will have to send another $20 in for the grips. You might not get them because there not always in stock.

It doesn't. That screw wasn't supposed to hold the noid in place. The noid is placed snugly in the frame and it shouldn't move around at all when playing.

The original grip screw holes are something of a potential problem and people need to be careful when they're attaching the grips. I am impressed that the company has been proactive about creating a new grip that solves the problem. This is how a good reputation and customer loyalty is created.

they forgot to send some screws with my gun and i emailed them and they sent me some. fast shipping back to. amazing customer service!
