Shocker virtue board help me please!!!

Ok i have an 06 sft. I just bought a virtue board for it and the damn thing is being a pain in the ***. What happens is the board is always blue meaning there is a ball in the breech even when there is not. when i take the eye out, it stays blue but when i put my finger in front of the sensor, it says there is not a ball. Basically it is backwards. I don't know how to fix it. Please help. Thanks

change the eye mode(yellow) to reflective
1 is reflective
2 is breakbeam

Check to see if you bent any pins on either the upper board or lower board.
But double check to see your eye mode is set to reflective.

Yeah I double checked. I messed with the board for at least an hour. It is not doing the same thing but it is being really weird. When the eyes are on, it shoots slower than hell even when ramping but when I turn the eyes off it shoots great.

That page has some useful info. I will try it. I am confused because when there is a ball in the breech, it detects it. it works fine when i finger peck but when i try and shoot fast, it just won't let me unless i turn the eyes off.

You proabaly have a dead eye.
Or that eye needs to be aligned.

Yeah im getting a new eye. But what i dont get is the stock board works just fine. The vision is great with the stock board.

The eye is probably out of alignment or something is up with that virtue board.

Yeah i guess im just gonna have to wait til chicago and give it back to them for testing. But the weird things is that my stock board works just fine. But The virtue works just fine when i put it in an nxt and change the eye mode to break beam. I dunno.
