Well it's been over 6 months since we introduced the new feedback system, and aside from the initial whine from the naysayers and people who are averse to change, it has been very successful.

It's definitely easier to find people's feedback, and there have been a lot fewer cases of people having multiple feedback threads, and abusing the previous system.

The new PbNation feedback system has several advantages. You can now at a glance see a user's positive, neutral and negative feedback. You can even post feedback for a user straight from their Buy/Sell/Trade thread. This new system also allows you to see feedback for any user and allows you to sort it so you can see what they have bought, sold or traded. You can also quickly view feedback they've left for others so you have a better picture of their trading habits before you deal with them. This system also limits who can leave you feedback and how long you have to edit feedback.

As always, playing around in the feedback system or posting fake feedback can get you permanently banned. Please feel free to post problems, complaints and questions here in this thread.

I wish there was a way to give negative feedback, but not receive it in return. I have been dealing patiently with a transaction since well before Christmas, it took 3.5 weeks for the marker to arrive... I was patient and thankful, then I noticed the eyes didnt work, and the asa and upgraded trigger was not included. It has now been nearly three months and I have been promised the items over and over. Now the seller is telling me he sent them 2x and it is my fault I did not get them. He cannot/will not provide any sort of tracking information to prove he tried shipping anything else.

I agree that nothing is worse than doing your part and then having someone else not only fail to live up to their end, but also try and blame you for it not working out. I wish we had a better way to deal with retaliatory feedback. Ebay's answer is to allow both parties to mutually withdraw, but that doesn't actually warn users against bad traders/sellers. We're always looking for good ideas on how to improve the system so if you have any, please share.

I'm sorry but we can't mediate this deal for you. We have no way of knowing what actually transpired with the deal. We don't know what was promised, what was delivered or if either party is telling us the whole truth.

Pretty much the only time we will mediate Feedback or a B/S/T deal at all is if one of our mods was used as a third party. Then we at least know what happened.

Before you do another deal on PbNation, we strongly recommend you read the B/S/T Tips. They might not have saved you this time, but there is a lot of valuable information in there.

Indeed, this was one of the worst I have encountered. I jumped on a deal I thought was to good to be true, and it was.

I think it is so funny when people cannot afford a simple tracking number... I ship usps priority 2-3day with tracking and insurance and it is still fairly cheap...Free boxes ftw!

I am going to assume he lied about his age. From our encounters, and his original answer to the feedback question (im 2k1 no worries) I am going to assume it is his fathers account, and that he was not as old as he said he was.
