^^^ yeah it realy doesent matter although people have been having hard times taking off hp tanks when there is still air in the tank but is fine when its empty. i have a hp tank and i have no problem taking off my tank whenn there is still air in it.

some of you hpers might try loctite molykote. It's a grey compound that is specifically designed to work under high pressure situations. Put a little bit of it on your threads to make it easier to take on and off and prevent stress
