I like HP - keeps the pressure a little more consistent when shoot fast - It is cocker threaded - Rythem Innovations has some upgrades for the gun, like trigger and derlin bolt - I heard its really nice, seeing as it is water proof, obtains speeds of up to 40bps, and has a lot of features.

Ugh....all these questions are in the stickies. Soo many people....with useless threads that could be answered with just a little searching and reading.

But oh well!

And to answer your questions....Invert reccomends LP but HP works just fine, the only problem, if you think it's a problem, is that HP tanks are a little harder to screw in. Also, I believe the vast majority of Cocker threaded barrels fit, but there are a few that don't. If you do a little searching...such as the older style freak barrels.
