every so often when I turn on my etek air leaks but i cannot tell where the leak is coming from then after i take one shot the leak disappears the gun is rather new only used like 3 times any ideas why yhis happens

i jjust turn off the air then put it back on and its fine

i think thats were ist leaking from and i have to turn the air in and out many times befor it starts working again

doesnt sounds anything like a solenoid problem to me.

sounds more like a valve leak......turn the gas on and while its leaking put your finger into the breech if you feel the air hitting your finger im correct. it will possibly make a comedy farting noide when you do it (oh and dont pull the trigger with a finger in there! take the bolt out!)
this can usually be fixed by shooting the gun a couple hundred shots to bed in the face of the valve, if that doesnt help drop gerry.b@planeteclipse.com a quick email or a phone call and he will be able to offer more help than me

try lubin the 011 oring on the rammer (the front one) and lpr orings.
