Garden State and The Notebook are two movies most chicks go nuts for.
However, if you are trying to avoid the romance genre "Little Miss Sunshine" is a comedy either gender can enjoy.

saw 3 was terrible, texas chainsaw was better. if ur going for funny go see blades of glory. if you want something on dvd then anything by adam sandler or will ferrel.

Garden State. Your list is godawful. Watch something your girlfriend might actually be able to enjoy. Terminal and 28 days are the only ones on that last that aren't terrible. See garden state. One of my all time favorite. Very well made movie. Interesting analogies on life and a lot of really clever humor. Excellent date movie. Same with my favorite movie of all time, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Which is also a great date movie.
