I would like to point out once again that I AM a god. I have the power to create life, the power to change life around me, even the power to reach out and take life away. If that doesnt qualify me for being some kind of god, then I don't know what does.

Why, what part of it can you disprove as false?
I can infact create life in a number of ways (DNA spliceing, and of course procreation)
I can affect life around me (my words, and actions with others)
I can take life (don't need exampels here)

I said I COULD, not that I have. I am far from educated enough to be a genetic scientist, im just a lowly IT guy.

What you guys do not understand that Overbear is trying to say; is that your religous beliefs and everybody's for the matter are relative, and under the definitions you are using to establish the rules for your god, OB argues the symantics that anyone call fall within your guidelines for what makes a god.
Of course your religion is going to tell you it is the right religion, and that by worshiping this way and praying in this direction will you go to heaven.
Therefore since all religions are relative to the people who practice them, you merely have to believe that you are going to heaven and you will. There is no 1 answer nor 1 way to get to heaven. In order for you to believe that you have the one and only answer to the universe is the most conceded self-rightous thing I have ever heard.
All major religions are nothing but a business. They brainwash you into their business plan by selling you some real estate to a place that everyone assumes exsists, but really we do not know for sure.
Religion has done nothing good for this world.

Hold the phone here. Who says Heaven is the Abrahamic view? Maybe it really is my idea, where Heaven is whatever you want it to be. Maybe it's something else. We can't know for sure.

Many of the things that we consider important these days, including mathematics, medicine, philosophy, and science, all have their origins in religious practices/observances of the past. And heck, much of our earliers recorded history come to us from the pens of Islamic scholars and Christian priests.

Heaven is a series of electric currents that travel through your brain in order to help the mind cope with the idea of dying. This is performed by triggering memories and producing a euphoric/dreamlike state. The images seen in a near death experience or in actual death are quite simply a coping mechanism for a traumatic event.
