If your field allows metal spikes, then deffinently go with track spikes, get a pair of sprinting spikes, but if you want heel support, go mid distance spikes.

http://www.fitnesssports.com/trackspikes.html

thats an example

If you cant use metal spikes, dont bother buying track spikes

cleats are good, esp since they have new turf.

If you can find plastic spike inserts, go with them

They will work pretty much the same, except wear easier

But if you can, deffinently go with track spikes, you will be amazed if your playing on turf or carpet

Just no metal spikes.

You should be fine since they put endzones in.

Last year was a different story.

Yeah, cleats ftw. Running or turf shoes are a very bad idea; its thick, long turf.

No metal spikes period. They can cut bunkers up.

Since metal spikes dont flow with CFOA I found Ceramic Spikes

There as, they are not metal and should be legal

http://www.schoolmasters.com/track4.html

Hint-----buy tree spikes so that the CFOA doesnt flip on you compared to using pyramid spikes

PM me for more info

Soccer cleats have never let me down there. Plus now you wont have to worry about slipping in the staging area in between the two indoor fields, they have turn there now as well.

I have NEVER heard of a bunker getting cut by a metal cleat but, whatever. I could see with some real sharp sprinting track spikes, but, typical metal spiked cleats, nahhhh. But, field owners get iffy about it, so, dont wear em.
