One quick (and probably stupid) question...do you have to take the C-clip out of the LPR before you can take it off?
I guess another question as well...what is the small set screw for next to the LPR? (located lower right of the LPR if looking straight on) It seems loose. Do I screw it in all the way? I thought I read somewhere to loctite it flush with the front. Red or Blue loctite?

c clip does not need to come out to take the lpr out.
The set screw is there to block the air passage way going to the solenoid. If it is loose, locktite will help old it in place and seal it from leaking

The screw seems to go in pretty far. Does it bottom out? After I loktite it, should I screw it in flush with the front?
I'll have to give it a try when my gun comes back from seeing the country. It's out on a field trip and should be back next week.

Screw it in flush (as Arstron said)and let it sit unpressurized for 24 hours. That screw shouldn't have been loose. Was it messed with at all?

I messed with it to make sure it was tight. But, when I turned it, it wasn't real tight. I'm afraid that it might vibrate loose. So, loctite it is! Thanks!
