Long Shot Media? GetBunkerD?

EDIT: Being revised right now.

Alright, so a little problem.

I bought a blue halo with speedfeed from GetBunkerD via paypal on March 28, 2007 for $67.60. When i payed paypal, I sent the money to "Long Shot Media", which is also a link in his sig.

After not responding to my PM's, i decided to email him at lotsoflunch@hotmail.com. I first emailed him on April 8, 2007. The conversation leads up to April 25, 2007 in which I have no response from him since.





Thats IF they decide to. Because I didn't purchase insureance on the
package.

I'm supose to receive a call from the Returns board today.

It's up to him to replace the Halo out of his own pocket and then get reimbursed for it through USPS if it was insured. You paid for the item, you get the item! He cannot make you wait this long for it. File reports if you need to and ask to see proof of this package being lost, or the number of the investigator looking at the case at USPS.

I just re-read it. He didn't purchase insurance, so HE IS LIABLE. He needs to refund you ASAP or buy you a new Halo within a very timely manner. If he doesn't you can go ahead and start filing police reports. If he tries the ol' "well I mailed it - it's not my problem anymore" defense, be sure to tell him the above and that when the police come to his door for mail fraud and theft by deception, it won't be your problem anymore either...

One other thing, if he did not purchase insurance then there is no way USPS would be considering reimbursing him. That's what it's there for - Express Mail is the only service that automatically has insurance on it (for $100).

USPS is going to refund me shipping plus the $65 you paid.

I'm awaiting the return check now bud.

USPS IS going to refund my shipping costs and what the item was worth. Since it was shipped wrongfully to TEXAS and returned RIPPED OPEN.
