Refs dont get paid much, but thats not a reason not to do the job.. it's a lot of fun and you meet good people. I was a ref for a year before my old field shut down.

We pay minimum wage. Also, you are allowed to play paintball for free and get discounts, ect on gear. Ultimately, is based on experience and paintball experience. Give us a call at 972-471-3200
