Both Impulse LPR springs are identical, help!!

After reviewing the impulse manual v1.02
I saw in the LPR regulator diagram that it has 2 springs one is bigger than the other, and in the review that Mike from tech** did, he said that one spring is stiffer than the other.

However my impulse came with both springs exactly the same in size and stiffnes, I wonder if that's the reason when changing my LPR settings I can barely see any difference. Maybe they ran out of springs and they decided to put 2 of the same

Or how it can affect the performance of my Impulse??

Here is the diagram from the manual

And here are the pictures of both LPR springs from my Impulse

Interesting. I'll check mine out when I muster up enough energy to get out of bed.

So I checked mine out....the 'smaller' spring is a little shorter but feels to be the same spring rate. But this is what matters--all the way in shuts off air flow (which it does) and all the way out provides more pressure than is needed (which it does). If that's the case I wouldn't worry about it man.

Another note on the manual, while I was tuning I ran into trouble because it said to turn clockwise to increase velocity and counter clockwise to decrease. My reg was the exact opposite though, is the manual wrong or is my gun just weird?

There definitely shouldn't be a discrepancy there. Both regulator adjuster screws are reverse threaded. Right/clockwise/out increases pressure, left/CCW/in decreases pressure.

Set your LPR to flush and turn it in 2 turns. Leave it there. Start out with your HPR a turn out from all the way in and slowly increase at the chrono.

LPR is opposite for some reason. Your gun isn't weird.

As for the springs, my gun is the exact same way. Same thing with my old ego. I think they're actually is a difference, but it's hard to tell. Not sure. Just try and make sure you put the same spring where you found it, and you should be fine.
