i called and got another guy, Brian maybe, and he said he didnt know for sure when the smoke shells would be in, but it shouldnt be too long. I also asked baout the board and he said to include that on the note inside the box

Just to let you guys know i just called them. If you sent in a black pulse it will be returned ASAP, but if your like me and sent in a smoke pulse they are outa smoke shells. they should be there thursday or friday and then your pulse will be back on its way to you.

at my field alone ive seen several of these pulse shells crack or feednecks snap off.....have yet to see a board fry...

why are these so fragil?? ive neva seen a halo shell crack and ive owned 2 personally and have yet to have a problem

there was a problem with the plastic, they fixed the problem so the ones that break are the earlier ones

^^ i accidentally sent mine in with the name Katie white written under the word attention i wrote on the box because she said that she would loook at my problem for me. the guy at ups mustve saw katie whit and figured it would go to her. i tracked it and it went there fine even with it saying send to: katie white. it arrived and was signed by dave earlier today.

my feedneck snapped today and i was thinkin of calling them tomorrow. i live like 20 miles aways from that address so i was wondering...if i call in, and they have some shells available (color doesnt matter to me, i just want it to WORK!), cant i just drive down there and pick one up instead of going through the hassle of sending it in? plus is this location a store/warehouse/factory or house of some sort?

With online buying, not many places, if any, use in-hand pictures of what's in stock. Rather using the advertising pics everyone has.

How will I know if buying online... if I'm getting the newer/stronger plastic batch of Pulses, and with the Black Chips? What is the direct price to get a brand spankin new one straight from the factory?

I dont know if the lawsuit is over yet and if thats the case, you can only buy them from other retail stores that have them in stock. They can repair broken ones, but not sell new ones for the time being

they will change the board even if u didnt ask them to and getting ur hopper back is questionable bc i sent mine in and still waiting..i called pro caps today and they told me to wait till the end of the week which is bs

The lady helped me right away. But i didnt have a problem w/ shell my black board fried and she took care of me ASAP

I took my loader off my gun today and found out half the feed neck was snapped off..

I made sure it was almost loose in the feed neck as well because I heard they brake easy

How is the service to canada??? I don' even know where to get a new shell...
