What Mini upgrades would you like to see?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to guage interest in a few mini upgrades to see what the interest would be.

The first thing we are looking at is a lower mass, higher efficiency bolt kit. It will probably require replacement of other pieces of the firing assembly, possibly all of it depending on our testing. The goal would be to first eliminate any blowback into the feed tube, increase the efficiency, and reduce the weight, and therefor the kick of the marker.

Triggers, frames, drop/rails, on/offs for the reg, and other hard parts would be looked at as well.

What I want to hear from you, the mini community is:

What is on your list of priority upgrades, things you'd want to make your mini better?

What do you love about your mini that you wouldn't want changed?

What about any other marker do you like that you would want incorporated into the design? (within reason, obviously we aren't adding a second tube to make it a minego)

I'd like to see an ON/OFF.. I'm not sure how they could make it work but it would be nice.
Oh yeah and are there any BunkerKing grips that'll fit the mini?

perhaps you guys can make a different board housing to kick that front grip forward a little bit and give it a gap between the frame. maybe an inch or so.. I've figured out how to do it already but have been hesitant on ordering the parts.

A lighter smaller regulator with on/off.

an easier to adjust back cap (no allen wrench needed) similar to the Tyler Michaud hybrid bolt guides

aesthetically pleasing detent covers

gasket tray with snatch grip built in.

it only matters if you walk around the house acting like your shooting your gun with no air. You really don't hear the solenoid "click" while shooting..

in other words.. get over it.

Personally (in order of priority):

1) Bolt
2) On/Off (I hate it when the ASA threads are starting to slightly wear)
3) Various trigger designs

1. On/Off ASA - for sure number one priority.

Other than that, I like it. Though having other bolt kits, like the HE kit you mentioned is always excellent and there is definitely a market for everything you mentioned.

Are people really not happy with the efficiency of the mini?

on my 68 4500 I shot 8 pods and still had over 1000 psi left.

i like my stock frame so i wouldn't want a new one. I would like some nice sick custom grips like the inset ones ccm is putting on their markers now. and besides that, Id like a trigger, and a snatch grip that doesn't look like a broad sword hanging off the back Brent lol .

some sort of not jury-rigged on/off would just be delightful.

on/off and trigger.
As for the bolt kit, the change in performance and efficiency would have to be dramatic in order to get me to pay what will prob be a good amount of cash. O

a new trigger with stronger magnets.
new style triggers, like a scythe, or the CP blade/slings made for timmies... STRONGER MAGNETS ARE A MUST. bounce is a big problem i believe.

forget all the new bolts and on/offs and all that. the gun performs great with the stock parts, why would you change something thats already great.

That doesn't mean that it automatically stops getting better.

i didnt say that. but the bolt issue has been discussed before with no real advancements... there is a reason to why invert didnt go with a lighter bolt, or a delrin bolt. delrin swells with lube and all those issues, it takes springs with less strength. i just think it will be too costly before any good progresses are made...

Only cheap Delrin will swell with Lube. Theres plenty of other materials out there that im sure Element is aware of if he so chooses to create a bolt kit. I don't know what advantages it would have other then possibly reduce recoil all together.

i would like to see an on/off as my number one priority. secondly i would like a bolt with better efficenty. thirdly i would like a better trigger (something with a shorter pull.) lastly i would like a better feedneck, yes i know these are already availabe so please dont flame as they did ask. if you are looking to reduce mass, carbon fiber has my vote. if you want to reduce blowback, increace the size of the bore in the poppit as stated in the other thread.

List of what I want whether they are made or not (in order of greatest to least):
#1 On/Off
#2 HE kit
#3 V2 frame for the Mini
#4 Board (But the APE board is basically what I'm going to go with so, no need to make another)

Is there any way that we could get a soft-tip bolt...something that wouldn't chop even if you tried? I know we already have the rubber front, but it still chops quite a bit.

If their worried about derlin swelling they could just make a much lighter aluminium one as tech- t did for the matrix
