No, they all suck. Don't blame your equipment either. Blame yourself.
You have failed.

Needs better angles. The first one for instance is almost demanding the viewer to consider what he's shooting towards, but all we see is the top of the frame. That kills the photo for me.
2nd would have worked better if you stepped to the right and reframed the photo so none of that boring **** right of the snake player was in there.
Third one your subject is centered, which is boring, and the right side of the frame not only includes nothing of relevance or interest, but the tubing is ugly as hell. Zoom in more or show more of the left of the field where the action presumably is.
4th isn't bad, but you're only using half the frame. Step to the side to rearange your subjects so they take up opposite sides of the picture (ie, bottom right and top left). Otherwise you're just wasting space in this instance.
5th not bad at all, less space on the left, more space on the right.
6th angle isn't that great. Players behind players behind players behind players makes for an indistinct mass of black and colour. You can't really pick out any details.
7th best one so far, doesn't need tubing on the bottom
8th not bad
9th it's sunny in Toronto after a week of -20 temperatures. **** you for showing snow at a time like this.
Last two - The best shots of the bunch, because they have the best angles.
Also, learn photoshop. Your contrast and colours are flat and dull
EDIT: Also, a critique of Nosey's burn - 9/10. It was short and blunt, as well as humorous in taking an unusual approach. Best component of this thread

Always Question

Yeah those aren't good.
You have peoples backs in almost every other one. You have no real captivating action shots (which is the only thing worth photographing in paintball). And yeah get out of auto. Those shots aren't interesting at all...sorry man. Keep on practicing if you want to make it a career.

Always Question
|
Don't blame the camera unless you know it's the camera. You left it on auto so it was just doing what you told it to do. Switch it over to Manual and try to set the settings yourself...or AV for sports (still setting the aperature and white balance etc etc).
The problems of composition of the pictures, is competely human error. Try to trim and PP some of those.
