REX was definitely anxious to work with DP, which is owned and operated by Evoventures, Inc. In fact, I have hinted in the past that REX will be introducing new products in the near future. After weeks of intensive meetings, several key points could not be agreed upon. In conclusion, all future projects, and discussions came to an end.
I have read many of the posts here, and appreciate the theories and conclusions that many of you have came up with.. and I am sure that everyone likes a good story or 'conspiracy.' Unfortunately, the reality is boring and less than entertaining.
Once again, I believe the bottomline is for customers to have faith in the companies backing the product they have purchased. Unfortunately for REX, we are not as swift as others due to being understaffed. However, each and every customer that follows the directions on the service form will be answered. And it is our goal to meet all customer demands.
If I've missed any points, I do apologize-- but I don't believe there is anything more significant to discuss in regards to this issue.
so last we heard from rex there were no ties...
but I imagine they say that so owners of rex markers dont come crying abotu warranties.
