Might take your valve out and make sure everything is ok there. Also make sure the shim stack in the lpr reg is in the right order. If you havnt already (I think you said you just did in another post) check out your solenoid. Thats all I can recomend checking without seeing the marker in person.

Its either air to the marker, or air to the noid.
My guess is its the air to the noid. Gotta be the LPR. Remove, clean, re-lube, bottom out and us the stock reg.......

This is my thought process................
1. The marker cycles..... NOT THE NOID
2. The marker has 250-275 psi..... not the HPR Reg
3. Takes 4 seconds to recharge..... air to the marker(tank,ASA,macro....etc.)
4. Low velocity with 250-275 psi..... LPR

Gotta be the LPR.
Remember... the Fusion was designed to run without a LPR.....
Peace,
Rhino

Ive lubed it today and nothing happened, something wrong with the popit???

ill try arstons valve thing just to get it right:

remove frame
take out ram/lpr/popit/springs
remove set screw
take a sqeege and push it out the front

Do i need to loctite the screw back in and do i turn it all the way in?

ive never taken out a valve before...

and now that i think of it that is a genious way to look at it to rino

Try running the fusion with the LPR all the way out................(bypassing the LPR)
The guy who designed the marker (Mr. Woo)... runs his Fusion with the LPR turned ALL THE WAY OUT.......

Just LOWER the HPR first, then slowly turn up the HPR till she shoots 280 fps !!!

Flush with the C-clip will work just fine.

Still gotta be a prob with the innerds of the LPR though...... Hmmmmmm.

check board connections. check poppit assembly/valve assembly. Try chronoing your marker the way i suggested. You'll get more out of it.

Technically your just adding excess pressure to the LPR. FPS is determined by how much the poppit opens, and how much air is stored behind the valve being released (if the poppit doesnt open all the way, 100% of the air isnt going out). Turn the LPR all the way up, just makes the ram have excess kick and pushing the poppit all the way in, and harder. Unecessary pressure. If the poppit opens all the way without turn the LPR all the way up, then keep it that way. Less stress on your internals and solenoid. None of the air that goes into the ram goes into the bolt thus hitting the paintball. More power to you if you think that works better. But i do not suggest it.

Sorry for the double post.

ill check the connections,popit,valve...

what exactly should i be looking for in the lpr? shims/orings/lube?

and what way did you suggest? the one were you set the opr to 200psi and then wait until you get the "reactive" shot? then use the hpr to set the fps?

On the lpr lube it, and check shim stack. Set the HPR at 200 psi, and the LPR until you think the poppit is opened all the way, releasing as much air as it can. Then 1/4 more. Then use the HPR to set FPS. If you have a chrono, set your HPR at 200 psi, then turn up LPR until your FPS doesnt change, like 240 fps/240 fps/241 fps/ 239 fps/ kinda deal. Then turn 1/4 more.

ill try that tommorrow im pretty sure the shims are all good and i lubed it with hater v2...

i put my lpr at the c clip slot thing and then i raised my hpr until i got my hpr until the shot was "reactive" and i look at my gauge and it was at 300 fps. And even though its dark out now from my deck it gets to the fence (30 ft) but its nowhere near 270 maybe 190???

something isn't right here and i think its more serious then we think
