If I remeber right...they say one dip switch has to be on and the other off in the manual....Turn them both the same way. Cant remeber if its on or off....but I had the same trouble, it wouldnt go into programing mode.

they sent me a dm one, they are sending me the one for the quest. are nox chips pretty good? i figured for 30.00 dollars you can't really go wrong.

yeah in moth my timmies i have a tadao, i wish they would make one for a quest. i would defiently buy it.
