Just curious, what are your views on divinities/gods/God?

I guess I'm other. I'm a multi-philosophical pantheist. I pick and choose the ideas that I agree with from many different religions to form my own personal spirituality and philosophy. I believe that God is existence, and therefore everything is God. I believe in a reason for everything, stemming from a higher reality than which humans can understand. That higher level of existence or "divine" system is God. Since I believe it exists in and governs all things, then all things are a part of it, bringing us back to my statement that all of existence is God.

I am also very scientific in my approach to understand my experiences however and therefore accept the fact that any observation of this higher power in action could in fact be false and could be explained by science. However, I also believe that at some level, science begins to become the explanation for this "divine" system. Therefore, everything can in fact be explained scientifically. Humans will progress and evolve to a point where they can understand this level of science. Our current understanding of science is however incomplete.

I don't think agnostic and buddhist should be the same option.

qft. They are not the same thing. It's that simple. Personaly, I am a Christian. My mother raised me this way, so I guess I have a biast. However, it makes sense to me, and I have decided on my own about my religion, not just put faith in my mother's judgement. It works for me.

Sorry, I put it in that option more to fit with Deism. I know many agnostics who have "+converted" to Buddhism and have told me they are similar.

These polls always turn out terrible because there aren't enough spaces, then the thread starter puts together 2 or 3 completely different ideas in the same option. Also, I haven't seen one yet that sets apart both Atheist and Agnostic.... www.dictionary.com

Seriously. Satanism and Catholicism shoudl have been grouped together, and neo-pagan shoulda been dropped entirely. It would have made alot more sense

I believe what I believe. I am not nearly Christlike, so normally don't refer to myself as a Christian, but much of what I believe is in Christianity.

in a generic sense, I believe they could be grouped together, given a limited number of choices. but there are some striking differences in protestantism in Chrsitianity and RCC Christianity.
