I'm using a preset N2 tank with my totally stock Bushmaster and the gauge on the gun reads approx 375psi, is this alright or am I risking blowing the reg and/or solenoid?

sounds a little to high.yes it could cause damage if it goes too much higher. it should run between 225-275 psi. i've seen them running as high as 300 though. you can get a new HPR spring and cap( made for preset tanks)from ICD. or get a ASA adaptor and a new reg like a Vigi.(with LP spring) or sidewinder or gladiator.

Thanks Ghost, I already ordered that spring from ICD last Wednesday, but it hasn't arrived yet. Is changing this spring as good as replacing the whole reg ,with lets say...a vigilante?

Iíve had to crank my HP as high as 320psi. But that was do to some small bore paint in a medium bore barrel.

You could have a bad gage. Itís not like there real accrete anyway.

Adjust your LPR, before I got to know my Defiant I had my LPR set improperly and I was shooting at about 325. Here's what you should do to adjust it if you don't have a guage, turn the gun on and gas it up and adjust the LPR higher until you hear a leaking from inside the gun, that's the solenoid, proceed to back off on the LPR until the leak has stopped. Then back off another 1/3-1/2 of a turn and you should have a good LPR setting.
