Pointless. This has already been gone over. Ego's have a slighty larger top tube than most other guns, so sometimes the second ball in the stack will fall down too far and be chopped. So eclipse designed the cure bolt to compensate for a design flaw. Vikings dont have this design flaw, and they dont need a fancy bolt. My Viking never chops as-is...

Oh lord, don't start that argument again. My Egos never chop, but apprently there are some hidden flaws that will make themselves known in such a manner at a crucial moment

Any bolt other than the Lightning bolt would be a waste of time in a Viking, end of story and of thread.

Jam? That was probably your hopper, not the gun. Either that or you could be getting rollback.

im pretty sure the froth mod was thought up because small bore paint did this to vikings..since there is no ram cap asjuster...So he put a o-ring to move the bolt foward enough to stop chops..

So if you are ever short in money and buy smal bore paint somwhere..yes you could chop with a viking...its happened many times before to people

So a cure bolt for a viking would be awsome...

wal-mart paint is extremely small...My ego can shoot it...viking cant..yes i know its wal-mart paint..but if your gun can shoot it fine..its like any other paint..

Also im sure jared @ DC could modifty stock bolts to work like a cure..if he had the intrest to...Not sure if he'd want to coppy somones design..since he wont do jmj's type milling...one of the few good guys left in the paintball buisness

I have built a few bolts longer and the correct size for Vikings and some Cockers. Is your Marker breaking paint?

Some times.it doesnt like small bore paint..and it chops all day long..so im forced to use my ego... Jared...You couldnt just add a slant to our delrin bolts..so they push balls upwards..instead of choping?

I did mod one with the angle. The hoppers are putting too much force on the balls. By using a longer bolt the next ball will not fall as far down into the breech.
