When did everyone start calling compressed air CA?

Consant air was always CA....back in the day, anyways...

I wonder why no one states the exact reason. Compressed Air is what SCUBA divers use (hence the reason we can fill our bottles off scuba tanks). But, air is comprised of mainly of nitrogen, and thats why we use compressed air and nitrogen interchangably. So, if you want to call it a nitro tank or a air tank, its really the same thing.

I always thought the same thing: CA is constant air; HPA, N2, Nitro, Nitrogen, etc, were the same thing(for all intents and purposes).
