Firefox printing USPS Labels

Well i sell on ebay frequently. and I changed some of my settings on firefox having to do with tabs, now when i print Shipping Labels from paypal They are 1/4 the size they should be. how do I fix this?

General

Load Web Browser Links into a : New Tab
Load External Links into a : New Window

Javascript

Load these popups into existing windows : None

i dont know if it is my firefox settings or what, but They are printing too small..
