With any questionable colors, always have a back up marker ready to go. Of course this should be standard practice at any national event anyway. Ultimately the head ref makes the decision about whether they feel that the color will interfere with their ability to judge hits. It's their discretion.

I don't see an issue with this color - but ultimately the decision is up to the field head.
