some of your pics don't work, and you should include pics of slot blocking and mid-blocking.

Other than that, very nice !

Bought a frame on ebay, but the lower tube is not tapped for an IVG. What's up with that? It looks like it was used without it. What do I need, short of tapping it, to make it work? I have a back block but no IVG. Is there a special IVG for these types of frames? Where can I get them?

Cool

So I'm leaking air out of my barrel. Now when the hammer hits the pin releases air, I don't think my pin is set correctly. is it possible that it does not sit correctly to the gold piece (from graphic)? would that cause such a leak? How do I check this/get out the pin and gold piece so that I can inspect/fix this. It's from a trilly that I'm spending waay too much time on. lol. but I would liker her in working order... Thanks!!! This is a great thread. (btw its a pump, so Im sure its nothing from the front block)

You are correct to suspect the valve and the cup seal. You will need a valve tool to remove the lockring and remove the setscrew on the bottom of the valve. (Its under the grip frame) You can pickup a cocker valve tool from most places (ansgear, ebay, etc)

I'd use something like gold cup oil. You wont need a grease or anything unless you have a AKA tornado valve (stem needs lubed with grease). couple of drops into the asa, air it up, shoot it a few times and it will be right as rain. Look out for dry orings in the LPR. mine started leaking after it sat for about 5 years.

Older bodies didn't have the IVG threads cut in the body, but in an adjuster that held in by a screw that holds the beaver tail.

That's cockers.
They are like old cars, you spend all week, or 2 months in my case getting them up and running and finding parts.
But do they ever turn heads.

One note to you guys if you have a mechanical gun run some air & lube through
it every few months, I had melted o rings in my 3 way which is causing all my problems.
