The Tigershark seems to be more upgradeable, plus it can take full-size tanks from the moment you buy it (no adapters needed.) Tigersharks are arguably the easiest Brass Eagle to make Autocockers out of, although Talons are pretty friggin' modifiable though too. However, straight-out stock, I'd go for the Tigershark. After all there's a GREAT deal on them at http://www.paintballgear.com/
Hope this helped

Oh. The best Brass Eagle pump is the Nightmare. It's a stock-bred marker. Kind of old now, but they're know for slaughtering pretty much any other pump, even the legendary ones. They pop up on eBay occasionally, and are usually for sale on the http://www.stockclasspaintball.com/ forums. Nightmares are all metal, all power, all perfect pumps. They all had rifled barrels, and some had rifle stocks or longer barrels. For more info visit http://cbeog.freeservers.com/ (my site)
Haha, hope this helps (AGAIN!)

I own a tigershark and a talon, the tigershark has a lot better range and accuracy than the talon does

kev's eyes meant "shut up newb"
tigersharks can adjust their velo without modifing and voiding warranty, thats always a plus.
tigersharks can get new barrels, which is a plus as well.
C/A is nice too have, but you mentioned stock play.
if you using c/a get a bottomline adapter, cuz the backbottle version poorly distributes weight.
the Tigershark is more likely to go through a full hopper without cracking as well.
