stingray trigger problem

the silver thing in the trigger is staying back and not making it fire. what do i do?

then its a worn sear or a sear spring. take the grip farme off and see if the sear spring is just off hte sear or if it is broken. if its broken, buy a new one. if its off, put it back on. if its on and working, then the sear is worn
