I thought about keeping a log of crap I do, but then I realized that, in reality, I suck, and my **** isn't worth keeping a record of. so for diaries.

Seriously, and I wish I could say it was different but it's not...

I was just totally enamored with the idea of having a notebook to carry around and write important stuff in. When I saw the display at Chapters (that actually had the byline "The same notebook used by hemmingway!") I was like "****, this is the one". So I needed stuff to write in it and that's that.

So yeah, pretty much I didn't get a notebook so I could write important stuff in it. Rather I came up with stuff to write so I could get a notebook. I'm not proud of that

Although seriously, it is the snazziest little notebook I've ever seen.

Trendy like printing your own T-shirts and buying old film cameras on ebay, or trendy like the Dixie chicks?

if by "quite talented" you mean "ugly, annoying, and dumb."

then yes, I would be quite inclined to agree with you.

Do you even listen to music? Just because they play music that you don't like/agree with doesn't mean that they don't have talent. I don't like they're music, but I can recognize that they are quite musically inclined.

I've never actually heard a dixie chicks song it just seemed like a valid refference to throw out now that people are talking about them apparently.

As to being trendy... it's a notebook, it goes in my pocket. If the contents of your pocket are now subject to pop culture "hipness" barometers, nobody informed me and I'm not honestly that bothered by it.

They seem durable enough from my uses.

qft.

especially the crap I hear from liberal news stations.. sometimes I think they just make up stories because they dont have a clue whats actually going on.. especially in Iraq.. and its a wonder that people hate Bush, becasue all they ever hear is what the media wants them to hear..

I wish people were smarter. But this is America Afterall...
