This is for anyone who needs help with changing modes and/or finding out which setting is for which mode.
Changing the Modes:
Step1: Remove left side grip panel using the 3/32 allen wrench that should have come with your gun. Like so:

Step2: By changing each DIP switch in the little blue box with "ON" at the top of it up or down in a particular sequence(see bottom of guide), select your firing mode. Shown here:

Step3: Replace the grip panel with the same allen wrench that you used in step one.

And that is how you change the modes on your fusion paintball marker.
The modes for a V2 board are described here(my camera won't seem to focus, I'll add pictures later:
Semi Auto Max=15bps
Switch 1-OFF, Switch 2-OFF, Switch 3-ON, Switch 4-OFF
Semi Auto Max=25bps
All switches OFF
PSP Ramping(15 bps max)*
Switch 1-OFF, Switch 2-OFF, Switch 3-ON, Switch 4-ON
Ramping(25 bps max)*
Switch 1-OFF, Switch 2-OFF, Switch 3-OFF Switch 4-ON
Mill Mode (15 bps max)**
Switch 1-OFF, Switch 2-ON, Switch 3-ON, Switch 4-ON
NXL Mode(15bps max)***
Switch 1-ON, Switch 2-OFF, Switch 3-ON, Switch 4-ON
Full Auto 15bps
All switches ON
Full Auto 25bps
Switch 1-ON, Switch 2-On, Switch 3-OFF, Switch 4-ON
*- To activate this mode, the trigger speed must be above 5 pulls per second and this speed must be kept to keep firing, after you're done, wait one second to start again.
**-The same as above, except there is no one second wait after the firing cycle finishes.
***- To activate this mode, the trigger speed must be above 5 pulls per second, once activated, hold the trigger to enter full auto, when the trigger is released, repeat this process to go back into full auto.
