ESPN ranks greatest superbowl teams
I kinda agree with the top 10 but maybe a different order.
My top ten
85 bears
78 steelers
89 niners
92 cowboys
96 packers
86 giants
91 skins
72 dolphins
84 niners
00 ravens

72 Dolphins are one of the most overrated team of all time. The Steelers of the same decade would of kicked the crap out of them. I understand they went undefeated - but they barely won games, they had a ****in EASY schedule.
While the list is pretty subjective, I thought the top 10 was good. It's was to swap the top two spots, but ESPN admits they struggled with their list as much as we would. I really think the 91 Redskins were higher than 10th as indicated. Sure Rypien had a career year, but if we're taking each team in the year in question - that Redskins team dominated teams. Only team in the top 10 with an opponent w-l record over .500 as well. I would of bumped the 84 Niners down a bit and placed them there. If the Redskins of 91 were at 5 spot (at least, if not higher) then the top 5 teams of all time would be those top 5 IMO. From there you can argue til the cows come home, but I think those 5 were the best reams ever - with perhaps an argument from the 2004 Patriots.

i think the '99 titans (#72) are ranked low. we beat the '99 rams (ranked #14) in the reg. season and lost on a questionable call (bruce's push off)/ dyson's one yard short play.

As soon as I saw that, I was like "bull****"
Sure the losing teams in the SB should be ranked lower, but to rank one team that was a YARD from beating another team, that far apart - total BS.

Not really, I dont agree that they're THAT far down, but I dont think they're top 60, but you gotta think back to all the really great teams from the 60s, 70s and 80s that didnt win superbowls, and then rank them accordingly. The 2004 Patriots were definatly the best of their three teams I dont know that they are top 10. Im glad to see both Bronco superbowl teams in the top 20 though.

Best in Ravens history or best in NFL history, cuz they definitly weren't the best in NFL history.

Actually your both wrong, the Ravens gave up the least amount of points per game over the reg. season (33 less then the 85 bears) and despite there offense not finding the endzone for 5 straight games still managed to go 12-4 and win the superbowl. Not too mention they only gave up 7 points in that superbowl because of a kickoff return. So yea, your both wrong on that one.
