Need to resolve pinching balls problem

Overall my excal shoots great when it is feeding corectly, which is most of the time. However a ball is only halfway chambered and pinched at least 2 or 3 times a hopper. This is completely unacceptable to me, as it is disconcerting to be unsure if a ball is going to come out or not on your next shot. I know some similar posts have been started on this issue. Anyways, i put new alkalines in the gun and hopper today and was shooting nice round paint. My rev is not the greatest in the world but not bad either. I am willing to turn my rof down even farther to allow for more bolt back time if nessasary. Im also willing to get a high rise and or ricochet. I just want a hard and fast solution to the problem. Since I dont get to play as much as i used to I dont really want to experiment with a bunch of different setups. I Hope this feeding problem is not just the nature of the beast. Lastly the gun is brand new and may need some break in. Anbody have any sudjestions?

I add the high-rise and had Sully tweak the settings on it. I'm not sure what settings he used, but it's pretty much solved the problem. Me personally, I'm anxiously awaiting the HALO loader.

the high rise cut down on a lot of the pinches I was having. the new turbo rev board is about half the price of a rico and I used it with the high rise at 12.65bps with very few pinches. the only pinches I had were when I was low on paint and hammering on the trigger. if you get the high rise you should not have to lower your rate of fire even with out changing your hopper.

My settings are:

10/2/65/17 = 10.65bps

However, I might steal someone's Excal and change it to

10/5/60/15 and see how that works.

So i assume the 60-65 number you sudgest is the bolt back hold time? This value is considerably longet the the stock setting correct? I think I read it was like 50-55 stock but i am not sure. I am going to have to get a data link I guess.
