New triggers come with a spring?

Just got a new (to me) Shocker, and the trigger spring is gone....anybody know if new triggers have them?

I believe the stock came with springs, most aftermarket triggers have magnets.

Shocker SFT or NXT? It's a weird grey area with Shockers since they originally used magnets but then SP switched to using springs instead. When NXTs were released they went to springs only.

SFT frames make it pretty easy to use just about any spring you can find. I tell people to steal one from a ball-point pen. But with NXTs it's a little more tricky since the trigger spring has to fit inside the tiny little hole in the trigger...

As told by Stobaeus
...someone who had begun to learn geometry with Euclid, when he had learnt the first theorem, asked Euclid "What shall I get by learning these things?" Euclid called his slave and said "Give him threepence since he must make gain out of what he learns".

Nxt...I'm doing some digging, but lots of people just took them out or went with the magnet mod.

Talk to fishballer06. I sent him a few I had like a year or so ago so he could sample them and have more made. I don't remember if he got more made but he might still have one or 2 laying around.

Go with the magnet mod, honestly it's much crisper shot with it as long as you get strong enough magnets.

Anybody got a link to a magnet mod for the trigger? I've got an idea, but wanted to see what had worked for others.

I had the same issue.
I went with a Critical NXT trigger. Uses magnets instead.
Works great. Feels awesome. Make sure you watch the video on how to install it. The trigger doesn't come with any directions. Otherwise you may try to do something dumb and get superglue all over the inside.
Mike from ****** made a great video on how to install it. Search youtube.

I'm working on a mod for a cp trigger right now to basically do the same thing with magnets...just took me a while to find a set screw long enough

I also went with the Critical trigger and prefer the magnet over the spring on my evil trigger. I did need to purchase a bearing shim from McMasterCarr to reduce some side slop though.
