This leak is driving me nuts!

Trying to fix a Dynasty SFT and it's leaking out of the left-side Solenoid exhaust port.

I've tried:
  • New Solenoids (3 to be exact, 2 taken from working shockers)
  • New Manifold O-rings
  • New Manifold
  • Rebuilt Bolt Engine
  • Switched to the engine in my current workhorse Shocker
  • Rebuilt Stock Reg
  • Switched Regulator
  • Cleaned/lubed Left Solenoid Insert

No Visible damage on the inside of the body or outside.
Anyone else have any ideas?

I've used PE dow33, Kila Ice Cream, and Tech-T Gunsav.
Yeah, I've tried 3 separate tanks.

Not sure how the battery would effect it. It leaks as soon as I air it up.

Yessir. Didn't see any damage, and tried to air the marker up with them at different depths of threading.

I gave extra attention to the left one, as posted on ZDSPB.

Appreciate the help though guys!

Is it leaking from the insert at the back of the body? or somewhere at the bottom?

Through the Manifold's left exhaust port.

Just got a new rebuilt kit today. Gonna try it out and see if maybe some of my replacement orings were just bad. I've had em for a bit.

I have a mostly empty one from o-ring monkey but my GF bought me one from Captain Oring which is missing solenoid manifold and insert orings lol. *shakes head*

I did get the leaked stopped by rebuilding the entire bolt engine and reg, but the damn thing suffers from Pneumatic lockout now. Guess I'll check out the solenoid next time I'm free.

Oh well, the Shocker was free. So I can't complain!
