shut the hell up

i play lax, waterpolo, football and if you have a tought coach all of them are just as hard. And please how difficult is it to shoot a slap shot or score a basket i don't care what any of you say baseball is the most mentally demanding and at times physically demanding sport. You try hitting a 95 mph fastball but wait could it be a curve?

Try doing the 60 second drill, I can gurantee your team would not make it. You have to do 5 laps around a full soccer field, each lap in under 60 seconds, with a 10 second maximum break between each one. The ENTIRE team must finish within those 60 seconds, or else the one that you just did does not count as one of your 5.
yeah except you have to wait for the ball to get all the way back there before you can run to the front.

I am going to say sports like cross country, track and swimming require the most conditioning because conditioning is the entire sport
