i think it's so square on the sides and i'm not really sure if the bottom tube is going to work
other than that it looks good but you should round it out and take off all of the green anno.
what did you use?

Eh, little worried about that top-tube window. Its right over the air passage. I can see that giving very bad blow-by. Other then that, and the bottom window needing to be longer, it looks good.

watch the top tube windows, I'm not in the know about the TES/yours,, but if its cut to much the window will chew upthe front o-rings if they have any.

I think that'll be a small issue compared to the one 'tator and altec mentioned. the top tube window is above the valve vent, a tight fitting delrin bolt will be needed to operate ... the windows is between the points any o-rings would be during firing so would not do any real sealing and thus vent more than a close fit delrin bolt would. perhaps cutting an o-ring channel around the bolt hole and super gluing an o-ring in that way would allow sealing, but durabiltiy would be a question. in theory it would work, but, sadly I think you just lunched a body. But it looks great though.
you could possibly sleeve that portion of the body ... over bore the top tube just past the window and slip in a lexan (or something of the sort) tube, bored to size, to allow proper sealing.
just ideas.

I LIKE!
does the end cap still have an adjustment or is it just a cap.
Honstly you should get it to work properly ... try it it might work without problems ... maybe a groove in the bolt between th o-rings on either side just below the window, cut and glue a piece of an o-ring in there and it should seal fine. it would be sweet to get it working.

sweet gat man, does it shoot pretty well?
I have been wondering how well a lower window would look on a TES.
Hahaha, if it isnt too much trouble could you get a pic of it with the bolt cocked??

GAWD!
That thing's pretty freakin' hawt! I'm an envious tator. I don't envy the problems you'll have with that window, but that thing's sick.
If you fasor'd it to slow the bolt down, it'd look super-hawt every time you'd shoot!

give it a wasp waist, angle the inlet some, taper the end and leave as much thickness at the sealing area as allowable to still continue function and it may solve some of your problems ... you'll most likely still get some blowby (maybe not, you'll find out when you test it) ... but it's gonna look killer hawt!

It looks like you could remove a lot more material from the rear portion of the gat. through the window in the bottom, I can see that it's quite thick.
