Want to make your Sniper stock class? *LOTS of pictures*

ok, due to the many threads of people asking the same question, i went and got all this stuff from my garage and made you guys a step by step to make your very own ghetto stock class feed!!!

Materials needed:
Hacksaw
PVC pipe
PVC elbow (45 or 90)
Electrical tape
Rubber band (about 3.5 inches)

1. Cut PVC pipe to desired length with hacksaw

2. shove PVC into elbow

PLUS

3. Put rubber band around end opposite the elbow and tape on with electrical tape

4. your done!

now for my special way

1. Get elbow and shove pvc onto it

2. cut the pvc pipe FLUSH with the elbow, it will look like this

3. sand a lip inside the PVC you just put into the elbow with sandpaper, dremel etc. it will look like this

4. keep sanding until a ten round tube slides in and stays in with relative ease

ok, using PVC for this is really only the BEST way if you have a cocker with a threaded feedneck, like so

the elbows will slide over the threads, and depending on the size of the PVC, may require you to put some electrical tape over the threads.

enjoy!!

I might need to remake this thread, lots of deleted posts and such. got pics of my feed, but my websites down for a few days so im unable to host right now. anyways, I'll just go ahead with the even more valuable information, that being dimensions related to such feed systems, and good materials and parts.

10 Round tube OD at opening: 0.825"

the following feeds are designed to fit .875"+ OD feednecks like rightfeeds and such, but can also be used in center feed setups with different elbow styles.

-Standard Copper stick feed:
-- One 3/4" copper female elbow
-- 3/4" copper pipe, length as required for capacity
-- feed gate, standard CCI phantom feedgates fit perfectly on 3/4" copper pipes. or, make your own.
-- single screw pipe clamp, the type without slits in it. your feed may fit tightly enough not to need this.

solder or otherwise fit the elbow to the cut-to-length pipe, you may wish to slit the gun-end of the elbow to allow it to clamp tighter with the pipe clamp, but may not be required. fit the feed gate to the end and away you go!

-Copper stick feed, top loading:
-- One 3/4" copper street elbow
-- One 3/4" copper female Tee
-- 3/4" copper pipe, length as required for capacity
-- 3/4" copper end cap
-- optional pipe clamp as above

will have to explain this one with pictures and such soon to follow.

I never thought about the rubber band feedgate. I was sitting at home breaking my head over how to make a feed gate for a stick feed I was making. You learn something new everyday, to you!

nice thread by the way if you dont mind me adding. if you use plastic pvc you use RIT dye to color it. you can even make fades. you can buy them in powder or liquid form at most arts and crafts store like Michaels.

even though I mentioned it briefly above, I'll mention it even more clearly again:

CCI phantom feedgates fit perfectly on 3/4" copper pipe. these can be purchased from cci directly for only a few dollars.

why ruin a perfectly ghetto stick feed with a manufactured feed gate?

3/4 to 1 inch copper coupler, fitting, whatever u call it. use that with a rubber band instead of the cci feed gate. Or if u must glue a ball retainer inside.

and if everything doesn't fit together perfectly just use some duct tape... just like joe vu

Well, there goes the fun in figuring it out for yourself. Oh well. I'll post pics of my completed copper feed later.

but in stock play don't you need to have tilt action? if you do it like that you can stack at least two balls before you need to tilt you marker.

pro-stocks, and snipers are both guns...
open class- anything goes, can have any hopper, any air system
stockclass- only 1 ball above breech, 12 grams (not sure how long the feedtube is allowed to be, 15 perhaps?)

we all know how to make a stick feed.

id like to hear some set ups and parts guys are using on their cocker to play true stock class, 12 gram powered.

if your only getting 15 balls per cartridge, dont post lol.

whos getting 20-35 good shots playing stock and what parts are you using?

Why on earth did you bump such an old post when it would be much easier just to search it yourself (seeing as you searched this thread)
