^^^ Works just fine for me. Do you have Acrobat Reader? If not, E-mailing it to you wouldn’t do any good either.
Either way, instead of clicking on the link to open it up in it’s own page, Try right Clicking and select “Save Linked File”
So you can actually download it to your Hard Drive.

For those of you who can't get the manual to work try right clicking on the D/l link that comes up when you visit the page and clicking "save as". That worked for me.
