UL - Why!?

Hello,

Why do people get the UL? sure, it might be a little bit more comfortable and light, but does it offer anything else? Can someone please clarify?

thanks

Roller bearing trigger, external trigger adjustment, and integrated locking dovetail feature to adjust/remove ASA externally.

It's all preference. Try holding one and see if it's worth the money. If not, keep what you have.

Well for my PMR I find with new grips, trigger, and board its just as comfy...and lighter.

Grips-25 dollars
Trigger-30 dollars
Board (Tadao M6 PMR w/13BPS flash from TMC) 45 dollars
--------------------------------------------
100 dollars.

Saves about 50 bucks

if you're upgrading from the stock frame and board it is a nice improvement. The stock UL board comes with all the modes you need and is very comfortable to hold. Like erayser said, its a lot of preference.

Soskel go to a paint ball shop and feel one. In terms of modes stock to stock the ul frame has better but what marker are we talking about? A DM4? PMR? that would make the choice different. I'm 6 foot tall 200 lbs. I have big hands and UL frames just don't fit me well. I have a DM4 but I have tons of boards and chips that have somehow managed to invade my parts locker and have pretty much any mode and adjustable feature I could want or need. So unless it's a specific marker that you inquiring about installing it on, generally it's a nicer fit and rail integration than most stock frames (Especially compared to what a DM4 has to offer) but in my case getting a new chip is more cost effective and just as efficient and deadly.

Yah... it's suppose to be easier to adjust, but since people can't see the screw or the hex slot, it is easy to strip. I stripped out my first set. I thought I had defective adjustment screws, but I called DYE and said it was my fault, and they sent me few for free. Nice concept, but now I open my grips to adjust the trigger to avoid stripping the adjustment screws.

I decided not to buy it. I can also buy it, and I can never unbuy it

What do I do if some guy at my field wipes 20 times in a row ? do I say anything to him or unload a hopper on him?

Better asked in the newbie forum.. But you say "Your out! Your out!" and then if he doesn't go out unload on him.
