Hey problem, the knob that holds the ram in won't even turn. Any ideas?
Thanks.

you tried turning it both ways right? I have heard that its hard to break loose the first time for some people. I would wrap it in a towel (wrap it good and be careful) and use a set of pliers or chanel locks on it to turn it. Dont force it to much, also rember it only turns a quarter turn.

I fixed the asa I just had the on/off knob too loose. Yes I've tried turning it both ways. The farthest that it will turn is about 1/16 of a turn. Should i just try to muscle it around?

Maybe one of your orings is shreaded and getting caught thus making it harder to move it.

On mine you have to twist it countercloclwise or left.

the ball bearing is too tight, i just muscled mine, loosened the nut holding the ball bearing and it was nice and easy from there on out.

when you remove the ram cap, you can get to the screw for the ball bearing, it is in the ram cap.

yes they are very easy to maintain only 4 parts. HPR,LPR,Striker,*Valve

*the valve does not need to be taken out at all unless its leaking or blown a oring

Dow55 and dow33 are the best

Yup. Dow 55 or 33 (55 swells the o-rings slightly for a better seal) 33 is a slightly thinner lube. I have been using 55 in my Fusion.

p.s. Do NOT lube the bolt, ever.

You don't even have to do it every time you play, but its best if you do. You can lube it up every other time if you like.
