Ten feet tall and bullet proof.
Hello everybody. Some of you may or may not know me and that is fine. I will introduce myself to those who do not. I am George"Shadawg" Shaffer and I am the XO of the German War Machine, as well I am the XO of the German side at Skirmish USA scenario events and a Co-captain of Team Ragnarok. For many months now you have seen many many comments, critques and outcries about the GWM. I am here to tell you now, we aren't 10ft. tall and bulletproof. We just play like we are. It is no secret that we are succesfull and I am willing to share the secret of our success with you all in the hope that you will put together something of this nature to compete against us. Frankly we hoped you would all figure it out on your own, but being leaders we realized it was time to lend you a hand.
First and foremost is friendship. You have to like the guys you play with. Even if we hadn't put a name to our combined effort, we would all still play together because we are friends, and believe me you can't go to the top without your friends, because it is your friends that carry you when everything else is going wrong. After friendship is trust. You have to be able to trust in the ability of those you surround yourself with to do the jobs that are required without having to follow them around checking. You have to trust in their abilities. I have supreme confidence in every team member that steps on the field with me because they get it done, and I trust them as they trust me. We do not fail each other. After trust is honor. Do I really need to explain honor? Either you have or you don't and everyone knows who doesn't have honor, it is glaringly true. Sportsmanship goes hand in hand with honor and is easily observed. If you don't have good sportsmanship you won't be playing with me long.The final and most important key to our success is all before one. What is all before one? All before one means we go for victory first and accolades second. The plaque that says Most valuable this and greatest that is nice, but we all share in the victory. Those awards always manage to end up in the right hands once the game is done. Thats it folks, the blueprint, the master plan, the whole burritto with hot sauce. We aren't 10ft tall and bulletproof, but I will come to your house with this team, the GWM and leap buildings in a single bound unless you man up and do something about it. GWM> YOU....prove me wrong.

Yes, totally. A group of friends who like to play paintball and win. You missed the part about our misson being to organize the German team to get the Walk-Ons more involved and have more fun though!!  !!
But well put. Know this can turn into another GWM hate thread! Oh joy!

Oh another GWM thread yes we are the best if you didn't know by now. We are the Galactic Empire of paintball. I have some of the best teams in the game today playing under me and damn proud of them.

almost...we no longer play under the gwm flag.....but i will agree you do have top notch guys...it will be great to shoot some of them...some more than others...

I think Mark is more of the Emperor. Darth Vader was much more of a force on the frontlines. The Emperor ran the whole show.
