Most of these companies hire third parties which utilize bots that search for kry words and will flag ones for an actual person to sort through... The third party might get $250 per cease and desist they find.

PBN only bans the selling of fake rolex's because they were asked to by rolex, once nike brand contacts them to stop the sale of fake jordans, they will probably do the same. Needless to say, PBN is far from their biggest problem when it comes to websites selling fakes... |

Crazy... But you know what? If you are carrying a fake Louie Vuitton (don't judge I had to google how to spell the name) bag into France you will be fined massively and/or jailed. Their IP laws are much more strict than ours.
